As an Owner/Coach since 2005 I am humbled an honored to help so many individuals on their fitness journey. I am just as excited to help a grandmother that wants to keep up with her grandchildren as I am competitive athletes. My passion is teaching movements and prescribing the right dose of fitness to move people to their goals safely and effectively. Fitness positively impacts individual lives like nothing else. I also respect the uniqueness of every individual I coach. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to coach for 2 decades.

Sue Ady
I’ve been a CrossFit trainer for 13 years, since 2005 when we became one of the first affiliates in Illinois. I have a BS in education and I keep current my Crossfit level 1 certification along with CrossFit Kids, Endurance, Gymnastics, and Olympic weightlifting. I have had experience competing and judging but most important to me is working with clients to achieve their goals along with functional fitness and wellness.
